Oysters - West Coast, Kumamoto, Farmed, USA
The tiny Kumamoto Oyster is deep-cupped, concealing a flavor that most West Coasters describe as a salted cucumber. This is a crisp-tasting oyster that both aficionados and first-timers will enjoy.

August 5th may be National Oyster Day, but every day is Oyster Day to us!
Given its delicate, unique, cucumber-like flavor, Kumamoto Oysters are best served raw on the half shell. Nothing else is required but a lemon slice and a hearty appetite. You’ll eat them by the dozen!
Low in fat and high in protein, Kumamoto Oysters are delicate, but extremely bold in nutrition. Eat them for a good source of Selenium, Zinc, Iron and Magnesium and B Vitamins, as well as Omega-3 fatty acids.
