Although it looks somewhat like a red snapper, the Pink Snapper is actually a variety of sea bream. Its firm meat has a medium flake, and cooks up white, sweet and mild. If you like Dorade or Porgy, you’ll love it!

Broil, grill, pan fry, steam or bake Pink Snapper as you would Red Snapper. When baking, be sure to score crosswise in two or three places, and stuff with mild fresh herbs and seasonings.
