The Dorade is a pretty fish. Well, at least the Ancient Greeks thought so. They actually devoted it to Aphrodite, the goddess of beauty.
Dorade is succulent but delicate, so roast, bake, grill, stew or sauté it with mild herbs and sauces. It is also, many would say, an essential ingredient in Provence's classic bouillabaisse.
Dorade is an elegant fish, but it’s also a great source of protein, and a good source of Iron, Calcium, Iron and Vitamin C.
