Scallops - Sea, Dry 10/20, Fresh, Wild, USA
Larger than their Bay cousins, Atlantic Sea Scallops have durable, white shells with radiating ribs. They have a soft, fleshy texture and a pleasantly mild and sweet flavor – a bit more assertive than Bays, but still delicious.

You can tell how old a scallop is by counting the number of rings on their shells, just like a tree – but more delicious!
These Sea Scallops are “dry,” so they won’t exude water when cooking them. That makes them perfect for searing until golden brown on the outside, and tender within. You can also bake, broil, fry, grill or steam them with your favorite seafood seasonings.
Sea Scallops are a delicious source of Vitamin B-12, Magnesium and Potassium, as well as being rich in Omega-3 fatty acids.
