Region & Fishery
Walleye Pike gets its name from the fact that its eyes point outward, as if looking at the walls!
Bake, broil, steam, poach, pan fry or grill Walleye Pike with a variety of seasonings and herbs, such as dill, marjoram, and tarragon. It is delicate, though, so keep sauces light and bright.
