Snapper - Yellowtail, Fresh, Wild, Mexico, Whole, Cleaned (1.5lb avg)
Beautiful Yellowtail Snappers are grayish, with a striking yellow stripe that runs from their snouts to their tails. Often considered the tastiest of the Snapper family, their light, flaky meat has a delectably mild flavor.
Region & Fishery
The normal range of the Yellowtail Snapper is along Florida south to the West Indies and Brazil, around coral reefs. However, they have been known to roam as far north as Massachusetts!
