Fun Fact

Lobsters were once considered the poor man's chicken. In Colonial times, they were fed to pigs and goats and only eaten by paupers.

Product Preparation

Thaw these Lobster Tails in your refrigerator overnight. Use sharp kitchen shears to cut the top side of the shell lengthwise, lift the meat out and lay it “piggyback” on top of its shell. Then broil or bake until the meat is opaque and firm. Serve with drawn butter for a centerpiece entrée!

Product Nutrition

The lofty Lobster is a good source of Vitamin B12, Pantothenic Acid and Phosphorus, and a very good source of protein, Zinc, Copper and Selenium.
