King Crabs have five pairs of legs. The first bears their claws or pincers. The following three pairs are for walking, and the fifth pair is small and normally tucked underneath the rear portion of the shell covering their back.
Product Preparation
Thaw overnight in the fridge. We like to add water, lemon and Old Bay seasoning to a steamer full of water, and then place these legs and claws on the rack and steam until warm and juicy. We also brush them with olive oil and quickly grill until warmed through. Melted butter on the side, of course!
