EQUIPMENT:

  • Toaster

  • Butter knife

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 oz. smoked salmon, sliced
  • 3 plain bagels, split and toasted
  • 
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 
⅓ cup thinly sliced red onion

  • 2 Tbsp capers, drained
  • 
Fresh ground black pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS:


  1. Spread each toasted bagel with cream cheese.

  2. Sprinkle half the capers over the cream-cheesed bagels.

  3. Top each bagel slice with smoked salmon.

  4. Garnish each bagel slice with the remaining capers and the onion.

  5. Serve right away. Enjoy!
