- Sesame Oil
- Soy Sauce
- U12 Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
- Add sesame oil to a hot pan.
- To the oil, add fresh minced garlic, diced onions, shredded carrots and the egg.
- Add the shrimp and scallions to the pan and toss. Sprinkle with ginger. Allow all ingredients to caramelize.
- Season the shrimp fried rice with soy sauce. Allow the rice to cook and crisp without stirring for the last two minutes of cooking.
